PowerShot S3 IS[]

The Canon PowerShot S3 IS is a 6.0 megapixel digital camera launched in May 2006.

CHDK is available for S3 with firmware 1.00a
The S3 has SDHC storage media support, SD cards with 16 GB capacity has been successfully tested, see Benchmarks for S3

Format the SD card and create one file called ver.req, then while on the picture preview mode, press SET and DISP simultaneously:
